By using this website or purchasing a Resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a purchase.
These Terms apply to the website and Resources only. Consulting, advisory, professional learning and program engagements (including Lead with Intention) are governed by separate written agreements entered into directly with clients, and these Terms do not apply to that work.
2. Website content and professional advice
The content on this website — including articles, program descriptions, podcast material and general resources — is provided for general information purposes only. While I take care to ensure content is accurate and current, it does not constitute professional, educational, legal or financial advice for your specific circumstances, and should not be relied upon as such.
Any decisions you make about applying ideas, frameworks or approaches described on this website in your own school, service or organisation remain your professional responsibility.

All content on this website and all Resources sold through it — including text, frameworks, diagnostic tools, models, diagrams, graphics, audio and downloadable or printed materials — are my intellectual property (or that of my licensors) and are protected by copyright under Australian law and international treaties.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with my prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, modify, sell or create derivative works from any content on this website or any Resource, in whole or in part.
You may view, download and print pages from the website for your own personal or internal professional reference, provided you keep all copyright notices intact.
4. Licence to use purchased Resources
When you purchase a Resource, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that Resource, in any format in which it is supplied, within your own school, service or organisation (the site or entity for which it was purchased). This means you may:
Use the Resource in your own professional practice and share it with staff within your school, service or organisation for internal professional purposes.
You must not, without my prior written consent:
Distribute, share, lend or resell the Resource to other schools, services, organisations or individuals outside your own school, service or organisation.
Reproduce or incorporate the Resource, in whole or in part, into your own training materials, professional development offerings, publications or commercial products.
Remove or alter any copyright notice, attribution or branding on the Resource.
If you would like to use a Resource across multiple schools or services (for example, across a network or system), please contact me to discuss appropriate licensing.
5. Purchases and payment
Prices for Resources are displayed on this website in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not see or store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Delivery
Resources are currently supplied in hard copy and delivered by post. I ship within Australia and internationally.
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on the postal service and your location, and are outside my control. I will provide dispatch confirmation to the email address supplied with your order.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, though I will work with you in good faith to resolve any delivery issues.
7. Refunds, returns and damaged items
My Resources come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under those consumer guarantees.
If your Resource arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, I will replace it or provide a full refund. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery at hello@amiefabry.com, including your order details and a photo of the damage or fault, and I will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that misrepresents your identity or affiliation, or that infringes the rights of any person. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
9. Third-party links
This website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. I do not endorse and am not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third-party website.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. I do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.
I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or any Resource.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, my liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant Resource or the refund of the amount you paid for it.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this website with the date of the most recent update. Changes apply from the date of publication and do not affect purchases already completed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and I submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
